Congratulations on choosing to become a Hawkeye.  Your time here at Iowa will be four of the best years of your life!   I'd also like to congratulate you on taking the first step to making two of your biggest decisions while here at Iowa: (1) whether or not to go Greek, and (2) whether Sigma Nu is the right chapter for you. 

We at Sigma Nu are interested in recruiting gentlemen who are interested in developing themselves to become better individuals.  We want men who are focused on leadership, dedicated to honor and excellence, and committed to achievement.  In other words, Sigma Nu is not a "frat" looking for boys who simply want to be entertained. 

This is not to say that we are looking for boring stiffs who don't have a social life.  We know that everybody who comes to Iowa already knows how to have fun; we simply want the ones who can go above and beyond that.
